Tiger Blood become new Recess League Champs!

On Sunday night, Xoso concluded it's fourth Recess League! The Vatican Assassin Warlocks, previously known as the Red Rover Rangers, were coming off an undefeated season, AND two consecutive Recess League titles. They were going for a Xoso record three straight championships in one sport . . . and they were close to getting to the title again.

The #1 seeded Vatican Assassin Warlocks faced off against the #4 seed, Tiger Blood. Tiger Blood had finished the season with a 4-4 record, and had lost by more than 10 runs to VAW in Indoor Kickball earlier in the season. Luckily for them, the playoff sport this season was Volleyball. Tiger Blood managed to eek out a 1st game win, but it was close. VAW came back and won the 2nd game, forcing a decisive game three. Tiger Blood came away with the win, and dashed the Warlocks hopes at a three-peat.

In the other first round game, the #2 seeded Smurf You went up against the newcomers, #3 Gang-Green. This match also went back and forth, with many games tied with only points to go. Smurf You managed to win the third game, to move on to the Championship with a 2-1 victory.

In the final match, Tiger Blood was victorious, coming in as the #4 seed and leaving with a Recess League championship.
